Armada Fusilier?

Alright so I'm stuck on Bonnie Anne's 2nd promotion but I can't find an Armada Fusilier or even know if they exist I spent litteraly 16 hours trying to find one but to no avail. Does anybody know where I can find one to complete this promotion?
