Assassin's Shroud

So on Assassin's Shroud, it says prevents healing. What does this mean exactly? I tried it on Eagle Shades and they healed themselves right after I poisoned them. Does it mean prevents healing for me?

It's supposed to but it's not working right. They are working on it.

Assassin's Shroud does work properly in PvP. Affected units cannot be healed with healing spells until it wears off.
