How close do you have to be to find them? I thought I searched the sky pretty well for one, but missed it. Maybe I didn't get close enough to the exact spot to see it? Can they be seen at the normal distance where a batacuda would become visible, or do you have to be a lot closer for them to be seen?

They were not located in the skyways like the Snowmen, these were actually harder to find - you had to be in a dungeon to find the Monquista gift.
