Bonobo ship Vendor

According to the 12/11
update news a ship vendor is now at St. Bonobo's Abbey, but I can't find him. Anybody seen him? Where and are there any new ships for sale?

IIRC (and I'm really not going to go sailing all the way back to Tierra Primata from Moo Shu to check), he's down the hill from where you first step off the dock. I could be wrong. I often am. If so, I humbly apologize now.

The ship vendor in St. Bonobo's is down the hill to the left as you exit the docks (before the entrance way into St. Bonobo's). The ship parts vendor is to the right near a rock past the life fountain.
