Boochbeard Bundle Pack Is Back?

Ahoy One-eyed Jack!
I've seen lots of people w/ the macaw mount from the Boochbeard Bundle pack, and I've heard a rumor going around saying that there's a contest that gives us the bundle pack (I got that message from my friend that told me about the new companion palace). And also, like I've already said on my other Pirate101 account, the Cat Pirate looks like the coolest companion, so I would REALLY LOVE to be able to get him! This is an awesome opportunity! So I have 2 questions:
  1. Is this true?
  2. If so, what contest do I get it in?
