Corsair's Channel

I've been wondering, is the Corsair's Channel a Skyway or just some clearing in Skull Island and will there be more of them in the future?

I thought this would be so obvious that you would go on the game and find it out yourself. Well here's the answer. The answer is it's a Skyway for one area. The home on that one island is used for the Flotsam Skyway questline and is Captain Gunn's home. Hope this helped!
