Cutthroat Bundle

My son just purchased the $40 bundle and we seem to have everything except for the Sharktooth Ship available. Does he need to be at a certain level to be able to see it? If so that's quite disappointing and the card says nothing about it so wanted to check. Thank you!

The ship appears to have been redeemed at a higher tier than your son is currently able to equip. You will want to contact support for any additional assistance on this matter.
