Deleting House

So I accidentally bought the wrong house from the crowns shop, and I'm hoping there is some way of deleting it so that it doesn't take up house space. I know there's no way of transferring it between characters so I'm hoping there is a way to delete it without deleting the character. Any help that can be given is appreciated

You can sell the house for gold provided you empty it of furniture.

If you want to keep the house but are afraid of it's taking space, you can buy an extra housing potion in the crown shop.
