Diego and wizards and lore

my question is simple. Have any wizards been to Sivella / Valencia? Diago the duel master is a unicorn and seems to originate from the place before the armada took it over? (Assumption is pirate occurs after Wiz maybe after spider destroyed the spiral?) is pirate101 the new spiral? A few answers would be nice, and maybe a story and theory can be created to help pirate expand.

Blind Mew has stated this over and over: P101 is running at the same time as W101. Diego is definitely from Valencia.
