Does Gaspard De Vole (Presidio Companion) Have Riposte 3?

Hi, so obviously by the title I want to know if Gaspard De Vole has Riposte 3. I'm looking at Pirate101 Central wiki and it shows riposte 2 twice at final promo. I can't tell if it's a mistake or if Riposte 2 is his max. Of course I won't want to play through the game just to be disappointed.

I am also wondering how many Epic choices he gets, according to wiki he gets six + the starting First Strike.

I want to try using Gaspard with a musketeer in which my Overwatch 3's lower enemy accuracy, and then Gaspard destroys them with First Strike 3, Riposte 3... Something along those lines.

Help would really be appreciated!

you can give him riposte 3 at max promotion, but he doesn't dodge too much for me
