I can not for the life of me figure out how the Eagle Eyes talent is affecting any of my characters or companions. Can someone (preferably Ratbeard) explain how it works? Because I have not seen any visible effect whatsoever.

Apparently it is bugged currently. Hopefully it gets fixed soon
