Fin's Goggles bugged?

I've been farming Fin Dorsal on The Erebus with a buddy of mine for a couple days and Fin's Goggles have never dropped for us. We've gotten all of his other drops, and I'm starting to wonder if the goggles even exist. Has anyone gotten them and have any tips for farming?

Unfortunately, the drop rates for unique gear are such that you can farm for days, months, or even years and not get the item you want. It doesn't necessarily mean that it's bugged, just that you've been unlucky.

I have farmed Gortez hundreds of times and not gotten his Axe or a Fire Toad pet from him, but every now and again I farm some more.
