Getting Pirate101 Pirate Back

So I didn't purposely delete my max level, buccaneer. When I reinstalled Pirate101 the game deleted all my characters. I'd appreciate if I could receive my buccaneer back. I've been using that pirate since 2014. I spent loads of money on the game. I bought prepaid cards and crowns. I really want him back. Please, revive him from the pits of deleted Pirates.
