I have recently purchased the hoodoo bundle and want to have the ship for my character at the end of the game. If I redeem it now will it be around my level and can it change?

Ahoy!

The ship will stay at the level in which you redeem it. So if you want it to be a higher level, you'll have to wait to use it until you are the proper level.
