Have drops been moved?

So i went back to some old bosses to farm and noticed they are dropping lower level gear then they use 2.

It also seems that some of the items i use to get from said bosses no longer drop from them.

So my question is has KI moved some of the gear drops from old bosses to new bosses? Or have they been removed all together
