Housing Item Pricing

So I knew KI was doing ongoing adjustments with crowns item pricing, so I didn't really say anything before the game went live, but now that it's live, I still see housing items sold in Skull Island and Rapa Nui costing either 10 or 1000 coins (!).
Maybe I'm used to Wizard101 and the variety of prices on housing items, but are housing items going to stay at these prices?

Yes, the spread from 10 to 1000 seems a little odd, and there's no rhyme or reasons to what is 10 or what is 1000.
