I can't redeem my 2nd Hoodoo Bundle

I've been spoiling myself for the past, month or so with each paycheck, I love your game. Pirate101 and Wizard101, it's great you guys are doing more with Pirate101 which i prefer, and when the Hoodoo bundle became available online purchase i had to get it.
Well after my first buying it i made the dumb foolish decision of choosing early gear, so I figured, buy the bundle later on when I could so I could get better gear, a better boat, and throw the companion to another character.

But every time i go to redeem anything on any character it tells me it is unable to redeem, why is this?
