Is erebus supposed to be finished?

How do I defeat Fin AND the armada goons in Erebus? Fin is a lot harder and I don't have much armada experience. Does anyone have any tips?

try to earn some armada xp so you can get the armada goons first then get fin. or try to avoid getting near fin then get the armada goons.
