It was up for a very short time. It is already down again.

Yes! the Test Realm is now offline.

Don't worry though, the test realm will make another appearance soon. We have plenty of updates planned for the future of Pirate101. It was good to get a first test run of the Test Realm. Thanks to all who helped participate.
