Milo has an exclamation mark but I can't promote h

Hello. My companion Milo graytail is now level 70 and has an exclamation mark signaling a promotion but I go to the cellar and there is no quest. It has been this way for a few companion levels now. Any help and guidance is appreciated.

Is this for his level 67 promotion or a previous one?

Have you checked your quest log? Maybe you already spoke to him and need to do the quest.
If this isn't the case; I would encourage you to contact support for help.
