I am stuck between the decision of farming scrip for my privateer and swashbuckler or making a musketeer before the new updates come out! Soooo i have some questions!

1. If a musketeer has double tap and burst fire, will he trigger it if he hits a critical while using one of his AoE powers like the canister shot or cyclone round, or only when he hits with a "basic non-power" attack.

2. I see on the power suppression fire, it says " + bonus talent ranks, does that mean it grants bonus talent ranks for any musketeer who already owns burst fire to burst fire 2, or bonus talent ranks in general for musketeers? For example, if i use that power, will a musket get, say, an overwatch upgrade along with burst fire? Furthermore, will a swashbuckler who receives my buff be granted riposte 3 if he owns riposte 2? or will a buccaneer gain relentless 2 if he owns relentless 1? (The whole thing is kinda confusing without having seen the power lol)
