My worst companion is Nanu Nanu, he is level twenty five and i really want to promote him so he will be better, when do you promote Nanu Nanu?

If I remember correctly Nanu Nanu promotes around Level 30 or so.

According to the companion promotion guide over at pirate101 central, nanu nanu promotes at lv.30.
