Quest For Ch: 1?!?!

I am so lost right know never got my Ch: 1 badge and I can't found the missing quest. is there or gonna be away to found them? Please help!

My friends have encountered this and 9 out of 10 times its been the gal in Remmington Steele, the weapon shop/vendor on skull island. You do her quest early on, and people seldom return to this shop past the first few levels. She gets another quest later... check there!

For the Chapter 1 Badge, allot of people miss a quest started inside the weapons shop on Skull Island. Its the shop across from the tavern. There is a quests starter in there people miss.
