If you enter in in the search box on Pirate101 central, on their wiki it should tell you who drops what.

The Pirate101 Central wiki is pretty helpful, but if you tell us what drop you are looking for we might be able to tell you.

I'm sure that there is a litany of horror stories from other players here on this board that tried to farm the item you are looking for.
