Question about Minotaur Dungeon

Hello, I was wondering if the Imperator's Panolpy was a drop from the Minotaur dungeon in Aquila. I have been farming Grohl and Cadmus but no luck. This has been going on for months now. Imperator Panolpy has assassin strike on a robe so it's really special to me. So, has anyone else maybe gotten it from the 2nd chance chest in the Minotaur dungeon??

Checking Pirate101central's site for the Iperator's Panloply shows that it is dropped by Cadmus, Captain Spartacos, Diskylos, and Grohl.
