Question about powder keg summon.

Is it bugged? Is it at the power it should be? Its cool to summon it and all but it does nothing. In the new worlds enemies resist it, it doesnt create fire or any useful effect, even if it does hit, it does like no damage. Whats the point? someone tell me please.

works good when i seen it. you have to shoot it after you put it down. like how maps that have these you shoot them and they can do major damage :-)
