Question on the Serenity Now quest.

Once the PC talks to Lord Chagati after defeating 10 Amber Horde ships, he'll say this during the conversation.

" You may now travel throughout Subata, with my leave. My ships will not fire upon you... so long as they are not provoked."

Assuming that the Jade Fleet is under his command, I don't notice a difference whatsoever on how his ships behave when my ship is around them before and after the quest. So my question to the forum is this: ' Is there any behavioral changes, no matter how remotely it is, made on the Jade Fleet after you complete the quest that I'm not seeing or is Lord Chagati just being the usual politician?

Maybe the Jade Fleet is not his to control.

It could be the Emperor's own fleet but I expect them to comply to Lord Chagati's requests.
