Rank 3+ Double Tap VS Rank 3+ Quick Draw

On Rank 3 Double Tap and higher, it says make a bonus ranged Sneak Attack.

However, on Rank 3 Quick Draw and higher it says it spots Sneak Attacks and the bonus damage is increase by 25% if it spots a Sneak Attack.

I'm wondering, does the Bonus S.A. Damage effects the Sneak Attack from Double Tap, or does it only effect on foes that try to strike from Hidden (From Black Fog for example.)?

I'm wondering because I might not train Double Tap 3 if it triggers bonus damage from Quick Draw 3.
