redemeing gifts

I was playing dueling deago and i got a prize. I went in the game to redeem it and window poped up saying it couldn't redeem the gift. whats going on?

Ahoy!

Try logging out to the character screen, switch characters and then switch back again to redeem the gift. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Immediately after logging back in, redeem the gift. DO NOT move or preform any other action. That should allow you to redeem your gift.
