Sleeping Tokens?

Is it possible to get more sleeping tokens then the 1 you get from the update? I just started Cool Ranch and have a lot of annoying Monquistan Companions .

you get more as you continue threw the game. also you get more companions that you may like better so you can use them to push your monquistans to the bottom of your companion list so they will not apear as often.
