Stuck in Mooshu

Please help, I am stuck in Mooshu and I don't know which quest is the main quest and which ones are sides. Usually after I finish a side quest, it automatically goes back to main quest, but now it appears stuck, and goes to side quest that is closest to where I finished last quest. I tried to finish a quest, hoping it would put me back on track for main quest, but it didn't.

Could you give us a little more information regarding this situation. What's the name of the side quest it keeps defaulting to, and what other quests in MooShu do you have in your quest list?

I know it can be confusing. Some of the main quests will look like side quests. Expanding on One-Eyed Jack, it would be helpful if we knew what quests you have to help get you back on track.
