Test Realm Offline

I've been trying to log into the Test Realm since about 1 pm PDT and keep getting the message that the Test Realm is Offline. Will it be coming back? If not, please make a comment in the Captain's Log where you announced the opening of the Test Realm.

I believe One Eyed Jack said in the post that it would only be opened for the party.
