The Mysterious, Spearbeard's Vest

Ahoy Pirate101 fans and staff! I wanted to ask something...
I do not know very much about "Spearbeard's Vest", except for the fact that it gives the move "Critical Strike". And it is also dropped, by I do not know by who.
I would like to have much more information on this item, and possibly more mysterious items that people (including me) don't know about. The item "Spearbeard's Vest" seems like an awesome item to have, but without information, I don't know where to even get it. Could anyone provide any information?

Perhaps what you're looking for is not "SpearBeard" but "Spearbearer"?
