"Tso not ready"

I was reading the update notes for February 28th, 2013, and I noticed how you explained that you used to be able to fight General Tso again after you've defeated him once in that dungeon. But the update notes state that that is no longer an option. Why did you change that?

I've been able to fight him more than once. You have to leave the castle and re-enter it. Then you should be able to fight him again.
