Voice Actor for Fan Flanders

Hi all, I was going through the party barge quest on my swashbuckler a while back, and I couldn't help but notice that Fan's voice seemed different compared to the dialogue when hiring her. Can someone elaborate on this? Is it a new voice actor? And if so, what happened to her old voice actor?

No, I believe it's the same voice actor, but because it's been a while since the last time she performed, some tonalities may have changed.
