Walk In Shadows and spell power

Does Walk In Shadows affect spell power or only melee attacks?

It does effect the power of your spells. When i was in MooManchu Tower, one of my team mates used the Black Fog swash spell, I believed it's called and then I used mojo storm and it COMPLETELY wiped out the entire board, more damage from that spell I had ever seen.
