Weapon Mastery

I noticed you're able to get Weapon Mastery from 4 different item slots (accessories, totem, charms, rings), but the Talents menu says it can only go up to rank 3, so does the wiki. Does anyone know what happens if you equip 4 items with Weapon Mastery?
