Where are my Extras for preorder

I was to get a pet a mount as per the notes on the big pre-order package... wont help if I don't start leveling with them

You should find your items in the Gift Redemption window, which can be found by clicking "Redeem Gift" underneath the crown shop icon in the interface buttons along the top bar of the game.
