Why did my witchdoctor get the Celestial dragon?

She defeated Moo Manchu a long time ago, and when she promoted Kan Po she got the badge Mooshu Savior and got a Celestial Dragon.
So confused, is one of the requirements for that badge is to promote your Mooshu starting companion all the way?

I would say that must be the reason, Rachel. There have been some post asking why they hadn't received a Celestial Dragon and they had not promoted their MooShu companion.
