I was in Achaea near where you speak to Eagilles outside of his tent, stuffing a Zeus Newton (sweet reference) into my pets mouth, when I noticed the two eagle warriors sparring in the small clearing off to the side. I had never really sat and watched them before but as I did in this instance I was struck by how well done and fluid their choreography was. This led to me wondering if there were other little "action scenes" like this in the Spiral. I felt it gave some life to an otherwise static universe in so far as NPCs standing around. If there aren't, there definitely should be!
