Book 14 Side quest badge

I finally got the book 13 badge but i dont think there is a book 14 badge , i have been to every part of aquila to find a side quest i missed but there isnt one. i have many other badges from aquila for completing different tasks but not the main one. could you let me know if there is one or if its messed up. i remember there where some bugs with cool ranch.

I've done every side quest I could find and I didn't get a badge either. I'm experiencing his problem too

I haven't received the side quest badge either. I checked all of aquila and found none. Is this a bug or could somebody show me where the last side quest is?
