Can anyone tell me where the quest is that will let me in to Talos to look for the eagle? It is the only one I haven't got yet and I want that practice point!

It's a dungeon that you will have to fight in order to talk to Hawkules. I believe Argos gives you the quest after you do the Hall of Minos so that you can get Hawkules to hold the doors that seal the Minotaur. The quest is pretty close to being the Mid-point of Aquilla.

PS You could always find a friend who has access who would let you port to pick it up.
