Celestial Dragon?

Is the celestial dragon a reward for gaining level 55? I was just given one and I cannot figure any other reason why I would've gotten one. I'm not complaining, not at all. I was just wondering if anyone knew.

It's a lovely bonus for dealing with the infamous Moo Manchu. For the moment, at least...
