Rank pvp pets

Does anyone know how to get the rank pvp pets?
I want to get a clock-o-gator and a heckhound but whenever I look it's always the class pets not the rank pets

I believe that the rank pets were retired, like the rank weapons (if I'm wrong, let me know). Your best chance is to try morphing with someone who has those pets.
