Captain Blood, same as the dutch man?

Hi, i'm in cool ranch and i think captain blood looks like the dutch man, so i wondered, you know when a companion dies in the battle with the dutch man, he brings him back to life in his crew, i wanted to know if captain blood is the same?

The Floating Dutchman's cheat is unique to him. Captain Blood has a different cheat where he summons a minion when he gets hit ( as well as summoning Blood Flames. )
They're not exactly alike in appearance; Blood has legs, Dutchman doesn't, plus he has an aura surrounding him.
( His "plague". )
