I know he's in cool ranch but I don't know how to get him.

He is a swashbuckler only companion. to get him you have to complete the side quest for him in santa pollo village in the cantina (?). he is with a friend that asks you to help heal from his curse.

He's in the Tavern on Santo Pollo, he's Swash only btw
