Can't play?

I made a Privateer a day ago and worked on it all yesterday then I logged out. I'm in Monquista currently. I logged in and click my character and then click play. It said: "Please wait....Verifying Character" for about five minutes, then it told me that I need to restart Pirate101. I did just that and tried to play on my character again. Did the same thing. I have tried this over and over again fifth teen times and restarted my computer to see if it would help. Nothing worked. I tried it on my laptop and it still didn't work. Any suggestions?
