I want to make a let's play. What do I need?

I have always wanted to make some sort of let's play. But, I thought I would make a pirate101 one. I tried using Bandicam to record wizard101 as a test. But it didn't work and it was just a blank screen. I guess I could get fraps. I also need a microphone. Cause mine makes my voice way too quiet. Anything else I need?

1. Microphone
2. Some form of camera/recording device (possibly Hypercam, but I think it costs money)
3. Some video editing software (ex. Adobe Premier. You can probably just find something on the internet)
4. A quiet(at least relatively) recording environment.

Thanks, I also have hypercam 2 but it lags and is terrible in my opinion. And I was thinking about fraps but it only allows free users to record for 30 seconds.
