Practice Points: How do I get more of them

I was given one practice points during the game. But I am unable to find out how to get more. Anyone answering this I thank you

Hi! Here's a quote from a page of our Player's Guide for you: "You earn additional training points at 8th, 12th, 16th, 20th, and every five levels past 20th. You also can earn extra training points from completing Quests from Prospector Zeke."

Zeke has one find-the-whatsits quests in every Skyway, by the way: Skull Island (funky bunches), Monquista (Gypsy Kings), Valenci (Sea Gulls), Cool Ranch (Dixie Chicks), and Mooshoo (Shonen knives).

I don't recall that there is anything when you are sent to Port Regal for a series of quests - but Port Regal is really part of the Skull Island skyway, so perhaps that is why.
