Monquistador Veteran Promotion?

Why isn't there another promotion for the monquistador veteran? I saw in a battle once a monkey with golden and blue armor who looked just like him. How about another promotion??? Maybe a monquistador royal gaurd.

Agreed I have always wanted the Monquistador veteran to reach his final tier

There is even one for the Monquistador Sharpshooter
